The purpose of an inspection is to find out how you work, whether you satisfy the standard, and what area(s) you need to improve in order to function better.

2. SUI Guide June 06 Revision.doc - After you've submitted your preliminary SUI (above), use the comments from the IG to make preliminary corrections, then download this document and fill out every section. You'll need to show this filled-out document to the inspector on the day your unit is inspected.

Submitting a Complaint.

1. To submit a complaint to your Group III IG, send an e-mail to Capt Steve Manley at manleytx030ig@yahoo.com with as much of the following information as you know: Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How. It there are any witnesses, add that information as well. Also clarify any other information that you think would help the IG investigate the situation.
