Leadership Officer - Job
Description
Prerequisite: Must have the academic background and
experience required to apply traditional theory, contemporary thought
and practical applications, thereby achieving the greatest impact on
enabling enhanced leadership performance.
Practice: Under the direction of the Group
Commander, implements, manages and directs leadership practices. They
shall,

Conduct
periodic workshops, abbreviated organizational audits and
unit/individual leadership assessments by incorporating the
theories, methodologies and concepts vital to leading and
transforming organizations.

Disseminates an integrated approach to this multidisciplinary field,
which including information pertaining to leadership theory,
organizational theory and other allied disciplines.
