Officer - Job Description

Prerequisite: Must have the academic background and experience required to apply traditional theory, contemporary thought and practical applications, thereby achieving the greatest impact on enabling enhanced leadership performance.

Practice: Under the direction of the Group Commander, implements, manages and directs leadership practices. They shall,

  • Conduct periodic workshops, abbreviated organizational audits and unit/individual leadership assessments by incorporating the theories, methodologies and concepts vital to leading and transforming organizations.

  • Disseminates an integrated approach to this multidisciplinary field, which including information pertaining to leadership theory, organizational theory and other allied disciplines.
